Nadia Darwazeh is Managing Partner and Head of Arbitration at Clyde & Co in Paris. She has more than twenty-five years of experience as counsel and arbitrator in commercial and investor-state arbitrations involving numerous applicable laws and arbitral tribunals. Nadia's experience spans the commercial spectrum, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, construction, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, energy and natural resources. She regularly deals with disputes arising out of joint venture, shareholder and distribution agreements and investment contracts.

Furthermore, Darwazeh is a member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and the ICC Taskforce on Addressing Issues of Corruption in International Arbitration.
