Since 2001 lawyer and current partner of Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH, Hamburg (and predecessor companies), specialising in international law and arbitration, co-head of the nationwide Complex Disputes Team

1998-2000 Legal clerkship in Kiel, Hamburg, Speyer and Brussels

1996-1999 Research assistant at the law faculty of the University of Kiel, specialising in UN sales law and arbitration proceedings

1990-1996 Law studies in Kiel and Surrey/England

 

Arbitration experience

Counsel in numerous proceedings (DIS, ICC, UNCITRAL ad-hoc, ICSID, SCC)

Regularly appointed as arbitrator in disputes arising from joint venture agreements and M&A transactions (post M&A disputes)
